All Nami Spa massage therapists graduated from the reknowned 2-year

as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots.

Lymphatic massage or lymph drainage massage
is a technique used to help increase lymph flow. Increased lymph flow removes harmful substances from the tissues and increases

Lymphatic massage can be useful in cases of edema, sports injury or for people experiencing a
sluggish immune system or those suffering from a lack of energy.
Lymphatic massage can also help to unblock
the lymph system by manually cleansing the lymph system in a clockwise fashion.

Pregnancy or Prenatal Massage
Pregnancy or prenatal massage shares
many of the goals of Relaxation Massage — to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility,
and just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies.
We use a regular massage table with pillows for support during both supine and side-lying massage. We do not use massage tables
with the hole in the center due to the added strain it places on the abdominal ligaments. Some doctors do not recommend pregnancy
massage during the 1st Trimester, please check with your doctor.
